I am a researcher with a PhD in Translation Studies and extensive experience supporting early-career researchers in securing postdoctoral funding. I have been involved in developing successful research proposals funded by the European Commission, the Estonian Research Council, the Council of the Baltic Sea States, and the Kone Foundation, among others.
Over the past years, I’ve trained and supported dozens of MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship applicants, not only through intensive workshops, but by closely accompanying candidates throughout the writing process.
